I’m having an issue that I’ve researched fairly extensively and still can’t find a definite answer to. Long story short, I cannot view documents or files via the Nextcloud app on any Apple device which is really strange! I’ve tested it on an Android phone and it works perfectly fine in both the browser and app. Additionally, I’ve tried to view the file from an iOS file on a browser but this results in an extremely laggy experience.
Would anyone happen to be able to shed some light on this issue? If you’ve got any ideas for what could be done to resolve this issue then that’d be great! Appreciate your time.
