Verison doesn't work

yestersday nexcloud suggest me to install the latest version After the installation I realized that my folder didn’t have the green sign showing they synchronized. I tried to open the app, and impossible to open it. It open really briefly (less than a sec and close directly). It doesn’t appear on task management too.
My colleague had the same issue, and had to to back up of our folder and totally de installed everything and reinstall. I’ll be happy to find a solution and not have to remove everything.
