Using maps to organize a group action

Hi,
i am in a choir and every time before a concert we go out to distribute flyers and posters in the city, in shops and more.
For this i thought it would be nice to have a tool.

Now my question:
Is it possible with “nextcloud Maps” to create a shared map with all points/shops/etc we are going to visit?
Is it possible to make a “poll” every ~6 month to select which user has to go to which point?

Would it be possible to get all Points “outside nextcloud” via api, so i can add a map in our “choirs own app”?

Do you have a better idea? I would be interested in any advice!

Sorry no solution. But if you interested i can modify my Leaflet JavaScript solution without Nextcloud. Send me a PN with how many points and person that i can modify it in the right way. I can program it in the next days.
