Using as client backend finally possible?

Hello,

I am playing around with Nextcloud for year, but I never really could use it for what I wanted it to use: As a client portal. I have seen that NC Hub 8 was proposed to be for cities etc, so I wonder if NC 8 or 9 finally can be configured in a way, that I can give a client access to their files, tasks, appointments etc…but nobody can see or search for other clients.

As a lawyer I need to keep confidentiality and this includes that other can see how else is my client.

So is this possible? If so, how?

Thank you. But Guest means then I cannot share like court appointments with them or give them a video call?

You can set it up for specific shares and apps, including Talk.

Guests users can only access files shared to them and cannot create any files outside of shares, additionally, the apps accessible to guest accounts are whitelisted.
