Using AI in Mail app with non-english languages

Hello,

I’m wondering if there’s any possibility to “localize” Nextcloud’s AI features. The mail app, for example, does a real good job in suggesting answers but they are always in English, regardless of the mail/user/system language.

If I take a look at the prompt supplied to my LocalAI instance, it also contains just English instructions and I’ve found no place to adjust it.

I’ve also noticed that the Nextcloud-Assistant isn’t localized.

Is this an expected behaviour?

I’m using NC 30.0.2 (locale set to German) and Mail-App 4.1.1.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I didn’t take it into account when implementing the features, But I don’t see any technical reason not to improve the features, I’ll create an issue on the repo and see the possibilities of localising the AI integrations
