Usersperre nach gültigem App-Zugriff

The Basics

Summary of the issue you are facing:

There are 2 accounts configured for the hosted Nextcloud solution, both with admin rights.

User 1 can use the Windows app and Android app at the same time without any issues

User 2 can also use the Win app, but as soon as user 2 logs in via Android, the user gets directly blocked.

Already used a new pasword and re-installed the Android app.

All sources (laptop and all cell phones) use the exact same Wifi.

Unfortunately I don’t have access to any logs. Tried some things, but seems like I don’t have access to the logs.

This seemed to have started a few weeks ago, before all worked fine.

Any idea why this happens? It’s pretty urgent, that user 2 can work with the Android app as well.

Thanks for any idea.

Access denied? The connection times out?

I’m just wondering, how to set up such a thing if you wanted to do that. Either with file access control, or directly something in the server limiting the connections.

If user2 logs in with the android over a cellular connection, is this doing the same?

In this case it is the easiest to check with the hoster, if they changed something.
