I need to add several groups and several users via CSV-List. I read of various scripts to assist in this case. My question is, if there still is no app assisting with this?
I didn’t see any on apps.nextcloud.com. You generally do it just one time, and then you already have scripts doing that. And larger entities often authenticate against other authentication backends directly (e.g. LDAP, imap, linux users, …).

I have never done this. But maybe you can generate with a script (or Excel) the occ-commands and use them to create the users.
