any one can view the user infomation page by https://<yourdmainname>/index.php/u/<username>/

such as http://192.168.1.11/index.php/u/test

any one, have guessed your username, or know your username from url records in your browser, or have recorded url by Internet service provider, can browse directly to your user information page without any verification or obstacles.

No matter whether the user information page has any public information, I want to disable this public-accessible-userinfo-page Feature.
