Hi. Need help. Set 2 attempts to log in the settings and entered 2 times not the right password. Now it says User disabled. I googled and find some solutions likes:
sudo -u www-data php occ config:system:set mysql.utf8mb4 --type boolean --value=“false”
then
sudo -u www-data php occ maintenance:mode --on
then
sudo -u www-data php occ occ maintenance:repair
But it didn’t work out.
Any solutions?
Feels like easier to set fail2ban than solve this…
sudo -u www-data php occ user:enable <name of user> If I renumber correctly.

Io credo di avere lo stesso problema
Ho una installazione di nextcloud sul un mio dominio installato su server di aruba e fino ad oggi (da circa 2 anni funzionato meravigliosamente) era tutto OK
nelle ultime settimane sono passato alla nuova versione ma dopo 2 giorni che non accedevo mi ritrovo l’utente amministratore “User disabled” e non accedo piu mentre con altri utenti limitati accedo tranquillamente
Ho provato a fare la richiesta di reinvito password ma non funziona
Sapete dirmi se qualcuno mi piò dare una mano a risolvere il mio problema

Do you have shell (e.g. SSH) access. Then read this
user:enable enables the specified user
If not read your nextcloud logs in your nextcloud installation. You find them with a ftp-client or with a web filemanager like phpfm . Post logs.

come detto prima il solo accesso e via ftp e il dominio e su in hosting presso Aruba
Non riesco a trovare nessuno che abbia il stesso problema
e non so come risolverlo
dato che se cerco di accedere con account admin “User disabled”
