The issue you are facing:
I installed nextcloud and set up an account. after a system restart my nextcloud user is disabled. How do I fix this?

Steps to replicate it:
- install nextcloud for Nextcloud Provider | TAB.DIGITAL
- log in and copy some files to the cloud.
- re-boot system and try to log in
