User device limit?

Hello Everyone!

after updating to 28.0.2 from a 27.1 nextcloud, we are experiencing a weird behavior with a user account which is used on multiple devices. It seems like there now is a user device limit or something similar, as the user got logged out on one of the devices and can’t fully re log in, even though we are using the right credentials.

All we can see is “Server not available”. But it certainly is, as we can login to the account on the phones browser with the same credentials.

I would appreciate any ideas which might help resolving this problem.

try logging out and back in again on the device


we have already tried that. The app hast also been reinstalled multiple times and the phone has been set back to factory defaults.

Sadly nothing changed.
