no idea what happened to the original repo.. may the author changed his nick. there is another one which looks same: GitHub - alexeyabel/user_backend_sql_raw: User management and authentication through arbitrary SQL queries for Nextcloud but it doesn’t really help as the app only supports nc29

thanks @wwe so it seems he “renamed” his github account 
it looks like it works even with nc31
