Nextcloud v10 is working fine when access it through http://PrivateIP:InnerPort
But does not show files/folders with disappeared upload icon “+” when access through http://mysub.mydomain.com:OuterPort

Have you checked for error messages in the logs? Most important will be the nextcloud.log I guess and maybe (not an expert) the apache logs could contain some hints.
Don’t be too stingy with information about the problem
