Upload via drag-and-drop not possible

Hello,

when I try to upload a file to my Nextcloud by simply dragging the file there, the field bugs, see video.
When I release the file on the Nextcloud it does not upload, but my browser opens a new tab and opens the file there. Everything works perfectly via the “Upload” context menu.

Tested on Windows 11 with Edge and Linux Debian 12 with Firefox.

System info:
Docker on Debian 12 with the latest Nextcloud Image

I think you are using v28 right?

A fix for this has already been merged:

Fortunately drag and drop fixed in 28.0…1. However, sadly the file description is still broken forcing me to click the readme to view it. Where would I officially file this bug?

Attempted drag-n-drop uploading from Firefox, Chromium, and Vivaldi - all want to attempts are treated like file downloads - attempting to same the files to local drive.

It will be fixed in 28.0.2 (release in January 2024)
