Upload "forbidden"

Hello,

I know this topic isn’t new but nothing works for me. I am running nextcloud 10.0.1 (stable) on a debian 8.
I can upload files up to 20mb. Everyfile bigger than 20mb get’s an “forbidden” error. All the necessary files were changed and it is still not working. In the administrator panel the maximum upload size is shown with 4gb and a hint, that the sized can’t be changed here due to missing permissions. The nextcloud directory /var/www/… and the directory for storing the data belong to www-data:www-data.
Can anyone please give me a hint?

Please list what you changed and how

The nextcloud directory /var/www/… and the directory for storing the data belong to www-data:www-data.

So the files have the correct owner, how are the permissions on them? ls -la /path/to/nextcloud/ should show that.
