Upgrading from Nextcloud 9.0.50 (stable) to 10 - no link, occ upgrade?

I’m running Nextcloud 9.0.50 (stable) and would like to upgrade to 10. There is no upgrade link in the web interface and the command
sudo -u www-data /var/www/owncloud/occ upgrade

results in no upgrade.

Are there steps that I can follow?

The “upgrade” command only works after installing the new version, it is no auto-updater.
