Upgrade to 22.1.1 leads to failed Integrity check (apps and apps-pkg folder)

Hi,
i am running Nextcloud on FreeBSD. After the upgrade, i suddenly have 2 apps folders:
apps and apps-pkg. My config has the follwoing in it:

'apps_paths' => 
  array (
    0 => 
    array (
      'path' => '/usr/local/www/nextcloud/apps',
      'url' => '/apps',
      'writable' => true,
    ),

Furthermore, the Integrity Check fails, due to many Extra Files in “app-pkg” folder.
How can this be solved?
