wondering if someone can help identify the problem i have with running the updater from v17.0.1 to 18.0.3
Im using the web updater and for the most part it seems to have worked and then errors out right at the end and leaves the install in Maintenance mode

im not sure what i need to do to correct this. I have tried turning maintenance mode off and it returns to the start of the updater again.
My environment is Ubuntu 18.04 running php 7.3.16 with NginX
