Upgrade NC 15 to 16 - can't move files in place

Hey all

I’ve tried to update from NC15 to NC16 with the web interface updater. It goes through a lot of steps (like downloading, unpacking, etc.) and stops at ‘Moving files in place’ as it is unable to do so (“can’t move files in place” and something with apache directory). Sadly I cannot reproduce it atm as the web interface is not starting anymore.

Did anyone face the same problem and/or knows how to solve it?

Nextcloud version: 15 --> 16
Operating system and version: FreeNAS 11.2-U4.1

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:

Can't provide atm as I cannot use the web interface. Where is it stored in the file system?

Sadly, I really do not know where to start to get it back on track …

What files are you trying to move and where?

I guess the installer wants to move all the files at the right place but isn’t able to … since I can’t access the web interface anymore I cannot retry and tell you exactly which files or where it wants to move them
