Upgrade multi major versions

Hi,

I was upgrading from 21.0.1-fpm to 23.0.12-fpm (using Docker) and got this message

Changed back to nextcloud:22.2.10-fpm
Then I got this
Can't start Nextcloud because the version of the data (23.0.12.2) is higher than the docker image version (22.2.10.2) and downgrading is not supported. Are you sure you have pulled the newest image version?

What can I do, feels like I am in a catch 22?
