Upgrade error from NC 18 to 19 - Workflowengine missing column entity

Thanks a lot devnull.

I’m on a shared hosting, I only have one user.
It’s not the first time I upgrade Nextcloud, for now, it always work. I assume, it’s the correct user.
I follow the manual, you can see, I use “php occ upgrade” command.

When I try php updater/updater.phar, I get this message :

 $ php updater/updater.phar
Nextcloud Updater - version: v16.0.3-3-ga0c2b25 dirty

Current version is 19.0.0.


  [Exception]
  Could not do request to updater server: Failed to connect to updates.nextcloud.com port 443: Connection refused

I think this command download an upgrade directly Nextcloud, but I think my hoster don’t allow the connexions to nextcloud upgrade server.
