Updater Not Working v28.0.3

Current version: 28.0.2

Shows update to 28.0.3 is available. Started downloaded and it stalls on “Downloading” step.

Searched and found to remove a file to start the process over. Did that. Again, stuck on Downloading. Sits here forever.

What happened? What do I do?

Took an hour or so, but finally got an error.

504 Gateway Timeout.

I assume this means the download update file isn’t available from NextCloud’s server?

Are you referring to the Web Updater or the CLI Updater?

If the Web, use the CLI one to avoid the timeout on your web server or reverse proxy.

Otherwise post the contents of your updater.log from your datadirectory.
