Hello guys,

The upgrade process is decribed in detail in the Admin manual
Thank you for answer.
My problem is, that the web-based updater is showing im ‘up to date’ but as you can see, i’m on a very old version (25).
Can you use the cli-updater?
sudo -u www-data php /path/to/nextcloud/updater/updater.phar
I only get this error message:
Could not open input file: /path/to/nextcloud/updater/updater.phar
You must use your Nextcloud path e.g. /var/www/html/nextcloud
.
OMG, what a facepalm. I just copy&pasted into console… sorry.
Even after entering the correct command, i reveived following message:
sudo -u www-data php /var/www/nextcloud/updater/updater.phar
Nextcloud Updater - version: v25.0.11-5-g06c1bad
Current version is 25.0.13.
No update available.
Nothing to do.
After upgrading Ubuntu from 20.04. LTS to 22.04. LTS and resolving the problems with nginx, because php was also upgraded to 8.1 I finally was able to upgrade Nextcloud also.
Thank you for you help!
