i’m running a NC 13.0.4 on webserver (TOPHOST)
I want to update my version to Nextcloud 14.0.12
When i try to update, a new (blank) page will show:
Step 6 is currently in process. Please reload this page later.
How to fix it?

Logfiles can give an indicator what is going wrong:

If it is a large setup, it is better to start an upgrade from command line where no run-time restrictions on scripts apply. If it is not your own server, you don’t have this option in general (unless you have ssh access and can run commands directly on the server).
