I am new to Nextcloud … just started to configure it to my needs / shared hosting installed via Softaculous .
Issue:
update stack at step 3
21.0.0 to 21.0.1
Who could help me out here to solve this?!

can you send your nextcloud log ? ( nextcloud.log or see admin panel logging)
Have you some error related to your issue ?
@Mageunic thanks for your questions - well I solved it to remove the whole installation and start from scratch … If I encounter an update issue again - once a new stable release is there - I will post my findings
