Update hängt, offenbar wegen OnlyOffice InvalidArgumentException

Hallo, vieleicht hatte schonmal jemand das Problem das beim Update die Meldung kommt:

InvalidArgumentException: Index name “share_id_index” for table “oc_onlyoffice_permissions” collides with the constraint on table “oc_federated_reshares”.
Update failed

Nextcloud läuft jetzt nicht mehr. Wenn ich auf die 28.0.4 zurück will steht geschrieben: Interner Serverfehler. Und beim Update auf 29.0.4 steht Wartungsmodus und im Log ist diese Meldung. Maintenance:false bringt auch nichts.
