OK so I ran the errors past my ISP and they stated:
Many of the PHP errors can be corrected through changing your PHP extensions or options. I have attached a guide below that will walk you through how to do this.
For now I have enabled memcache, imagick, opcache and increased the memory limit to 512 for you to satisfy these requirements.

As for the SQL issues, you will likely need to change the database collation to one that will allow 4-byte characters, taking a look at the documentation outlined by NextCloud. In order to do this you will likely need to change the SQL directory and restart the mysql server. As these are server level changes that would effect everyone on the shared server, this is not something that we are able to accommodate and would recommend moving to a VPS plan if this is 100% crucial for you.
Finally the issues with the web servers not being setup to resolve those extensions, this is similar to the SQL issue and not something that we would be able to accommodate for a single hosting service.

I’ve never had these errors running nextcloud before (well at least not at the time version 20 was released) and it shouldn’t be contingent on having a specialised web hosting service (rather than typical shared hosting)
