Hello.
When i try update i get

  • Initializing

Current version is 16.0.4.
Update to Nextcloud 16.0.5 available. (channel: “stable”)
Following file will be downloaded automatically: https://download.nextcloud.com/server/releases/nextcloud-16.0.5.zip
Open changelog :arrow_upper_right:
Retry update

  • Check for expected files

The following extra files have been found:

  • nextclouddata

How i shpukld update nextclud via update or login to freenas and upodate via installed plugins ?

Have you checked if a file or folder with that name exists in the Nextcloud document root directory? Have you tried to move it to a path outside of that directory?

i dont know where to search that folder.

Unfortunately I don’t know how you’ve installed Nextcloud on your FreeNAS system. You should find a Nextcloud document root folder, which contains all Nextcloud releated files and folders. The structure should be like this:

[Nextcloud document root]
   +- 3rdparty
   +- apps
   +- config
   +- core
   +- data
   +- lib
   +- ocm-provider
   +- ...

I assume that you will find a folder named “nextclouddata” in this structure too which need to be moved to a different location.
