The issue you are facing:
I have file conflicts I cannot resolve. I have 5 files in a single folder that I cannot clear their conflicts. If I delete the _conflict files then an hour later they reappear. I tried deleting the files from the server and clients, see them disappear, and then an hour later both the original as as _conflict files are back. If I remove the entire folder as well as a few levels up an hour later I have the entire folder structure back with just those 5 files and their _conflict versions. If I move them to another folder they sync fine but the other folder comes back.

I have no idea what todo now.

What kind of file is this? Is a program/process accessing the file during that time?

Is this a shared file? Are other clients connected to this account at the same time?

2 of the files are .xml files and 3 are .bin files.

Nothing is accessing these files at any point as they are game save files and the game has not run in awhile

Its not a shared file and no other clients are connected to the account at this time.
