UNRAID + NC + spanish characters

I have just installed nextcloud in my UNRAID server. All my files where before in a Synology, so I moved all files and then I made a docker exec --user 99 Nextcloud php occ files:scan --all

But I get some errors:

Entry “files/Documentos/Médico_” will not be accessible due to incompatible encoding

all files about special characters like Ñ or accents…

How can I solve that??

I need help for that: I have tested a lot of ways but i can not solve it

trying to upload a massive files from another backup is impossible by the app I need to make it with ftp, But before I can not see that files.

PLEASE I NEED HELP
