Unexpected Error with Nextcloud Contact and Calendar Sync

I rely on Nextcloud solely for syncing my contacts and calendars. Everything was functioning perfectly until yesterday, during which time I made no installations or alterations whatsoever.

Suddenly, I encountered the following error:

Internal Server Error

The server was unable to complete your request.

with so little information it is impossible to help you, please display the version of Nextcloud (docker, A.I.O, Snap, web installer…) the OS used, the database used, the complete error log , your config.php file (hiding sensitive data)…

yes sorry, i run it on a shared webspace from one.com.

where can i find the log file to upload here

Where is the error file located

nextcloud.log within your data directory by default.

If you’re only getting the error during the sync, but the web UI otherwise is functioning you can also get it via Administration settings->Logging.

no this is shown on the user interface

i got the following files:

nextcloud.log = 1,5 GB
nextcloud.log.1 = 382 MB

First I’m making a complete backup

i uploaded the new release. apprently the client forget to update so I’m upgrading to version 28 than to 29

after clicking start I get this error:
