"Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" emails

Hello all,

when a user shares a file/folder by email, nextcloud server sends an email with sender taken from NC settings–>Basic settings–>Email server–>From address.
Sometimes users make mistakes typing email addresses so “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender” or “Out of Office” emails are sent back to email address defined in NC settings–>Basic settings–>Email server, and the user who made the share does not get notified the mail is wrong.
Is there way for a user to get notified if an email used for sharing is wrong?

Hi,

if your users filled up false/bad/error information, you may use the announcement app, and hope they log-in and real the announcement …

Otherwise, suspend their accounts, i am sure they will reach you for explanation.
