Unable to write to config.php (read-only)

Hey there. I recently used the NextCloud AIO Docker and installed it on my Mac. However, after setting it up, I tried to edit the configuration file in Apache (/var/www/html/config/config.php) using Docker Desktop (and I tried the Docker CLI too) but to my surprise I received an error saying that the file is read-only. This is very frustrating, because I wanted to update the default directory where NextCloud user data/files are stored and I’m not able to!

Has anybody found a solution to this?

Hi, see GitHub - nextcloud/all-in-one: 📦 The official Nextcloud installation method. Provides easy deployment and maintenance with most features included in this one Nextcloud instance.

Sorry, I was stupid and forgot that the data is located on the NextCloud container and not the Apache container.

As for using an external hard drive, I had to update the environment variable for the docker run command when installing through mastercontainer.
