Just an unknown error from the client. No detail.
Nothing more in server log but I don't know exactly where we must look.
My problem:
I searched on the net and on the forum but I couldn’t find it. If I searched badly and my post is useless, I apologize but I did not find a solution to my problem even when trying solutions that solved relatively similar problems.
A few weeks/months ago I didn’t have this problem. but I don’t remember which event (system update, nextcloud update…) caused the problem.
I’m on Nextcloud v26 (the problem was already on the latest v25), PHP 8.2 and MariaDB. the installation is brand new, I started from scratch after getting tired of finding a solution on the original installation. but the problem is the same:
Unable to copy some files (network error, unknown error…). Extensions m4a - mp4 - flv for must.
these are mainly video files from the phone or recovered from the net but nothing to do, impossible to copy them to it either via the web interface or via a webdav client, whether under Linux, Windows or under Android. ; while they got copied long before.
I don’t know what to give you as other information but I can post if necessary.
I tested max filesize, max upload, bandwidth limits but without success.
