Problem with creating backup? Maybe no space left?
Backups are in /path/to/nextcloud/data/updater-*******/backups
Maybe you can delete some backups.

Nextcloud 20 to Nextcloud 23 are unsupported.

Sir Please help me

On this partition is the data folder? So you have 4 GB of data in your Nextcloud?

I just thought with the update, if the database is very big (a lot of files) it can take some time and the update process times out.

You can try to run the updater via command line (errors are directly shown). If you are in the Nextcloud folder:
sudo -u apache php updater/updater.phar

I was having the same problem. Manually putting it into maintenance mode seems to have done the trick.

Edit config/config.php and change maintenance mode from false to true.

After the backup is complete, it will prompt you to switch it back to false before proceeding with the update.

‘maintenance’ => true,
