I have received a report from a user that the Nextcloud app for iPad is experiencing a failure to log in. I don’t have an iPad, so I can’t check, but I can confirm that it works fine on iPhone.
- The user launches the NC application on iPad and touches the login button.
- The contents of “Simple sign up” will be displayed.
2.1. This is the content where the annotation “Sign up now with a Nextcloud provider to get a free acount!” is displayed.
2.2. When the user types in the email address field, the reading state continues and does not proceed.
Is the inability to login on the iPad due to NC settings by the NC administrator? Or is it a problem with the iPad app?
Is there a workaround for this?
