We are experiencing an issue when using the only]office document server v.7.0.25 in conjunction with Nextcloud v.25.02. Users occasionally encounter an error when attempting to create a file from a template: “Unable to create new file from template.” How can we resolve this issue?
We have observed that when deleting a file from the user’s root directory in Nextcloud, the ability to create one additional file from a template arises before the error occurs again. What could be causing this correlation between file deletions and the ability to create new files from templates?
