Unable to connect to Nextcloud into Make.com with another user than super administrator

We would like to download a file from Nextcloud with Make.com and the connection is easily established with the ā€˜administratorā€™ user but not with a standard user : a ā€˜404 errorā€™ occurs.

We have explored any parameter to allow a standard user to be accessed from an external connection without success.
