Unable to access the delete files feature in Nextcloud

I need some help. I am currently unable to access the delete files feature in Nextcloud. The page just keeps loading and is unresponsive.
Initially, I have deleted all files in the trash bin via the command line, but the issue is still not resolved. Please advise.

Nextcloud version (eg, 29.0.5): 25.0.13
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 29.04): Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu)
PHP version (eg, 8.3): Version: 7.4.3
Mysql Version: 8.0.36

Your Nextcloud 25.0.13 is End of Life since 2023-10. Maybe you can better make a few upgrades to supported Nextcloud versions Nextcloud 27,28,29. Note that Nextcloud 26 requires at least PHP 8.0. If you do not want to use a foreign source, you should upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS first. PHP 8.1 from Ubuntu 22.04 LTS is still supported till Nextcloud 29 and maybe further releases.

Also post more details e.g. logs.

I am not sure, is it possible to disable the file feature? This is somehow the basic function of Nextcloud…

I created a small Nextcloud and disabled the app “Deleted files”. But then there is no “Deleted files” in app “files” on the button left.

I disabled all apps but files still works for me.

Sorry, I was too quick and thought we wanted to delete the file feature, and not the delete file feature… :flushed:
