Unable to access nextcloud app after first installation on Asustor NAS

Hi guys,

First of all I am not at all a specialist in server and network settings, but manage to get some things done, normally…

So I just installed nextcloud on my ASustor NAS. But when I hit the nextcloud button to open, it goes to my NAS IP and port nr. 32680, which it cannot access…

so I get the message ‘this site isn’t reachable’.

I did not change any port settings yet in router or NAS.
any advice?
