Trying to sync files with Windows Desktop Application already since multiple days without success

Windows 10
Nextcloud Desktop-Client 3.15.2
Hetzner StorageShare with Nextcloud Nextcloud Hub 8 (29.0.9)

Trying to upload around 100GB already since multiple days… Just image, video, audio and ebook files. Nothing encrypted.

Somehow synching just seems to stop very quickly and not move forward… see screenshot… Imgur: The magic of the Internet

I noticed this also with my encrypted files (Cryptomator). But now I realize also sync with normal files does not work properly…

I dont really understand how this works or is supposed to work?
Anybody else using Nextcloud with Hetzner?

Are there any windows settings that need to be done? Maybe something with file indexing? How to find out what is the issue? Are there any logs where you can see what it is doing? Is there a good way to restart the file uploading process?

In the log files it just says “propagation”. Nextcloud app also consumes constantly 3-5 % of CPU…

In the log file after the last successful uploaded file there is written (I might have paused sync and restarted it):

#=#=#=# Syncrun started 2025-01-25T23:51:48Z
#=#=#=#=# Propagation starts 2025-01-25T23:51:50Z (last step: 2798 msec, total: 2798 msec)

Its just not progressing… What is it doing?

How can I find out if this is an issue on Hetzners server config side or some issue on client?

EDIT:
It seems that it uploaded now a couple of MB but now it seems stuck again. The desktop tray icon just says: “Waiting for Beginning of Synchronization”. And not much else happening it seems.
