Summary of the issue you are facing:
Every now and then an user has to login again, instead of getting redirected to the dashboard. This isn’t consistent. Sometimes it occurs everyday for two weeks and then it stops for a month again. In the Log I see “Tried to log in but could not verify token“. Setupwise nothing changes between these times.
Browser is configured to not open tabs from old session on startup. Interface is accessed by domain, every other user uses as well. Also tried with disabled adblocker, didn’t change anything.
Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

Tips for increasing the likelihood of a response

preformatted textformatting option in the editor for all log entries and configuration output. - If screenshots are useful, feel free to include them.
- If possible, also include key error output in text form so it can be searched for.
- Try to edit log output only minimally (if at all) so that it can be ran through analyzers / formatters by those trying to help you.
