Trash and versioning doesn’t work

After i updated to 13.0.4 versioning and trash bin doesn’t work.

I tryed in console files:cleanup and files:scan --all but don’t find any.
What can i try now to fix it?

this is another.
For me trash don’t work too and it don’t show me versions at 2 times.

think issue is related, but as it behave differently, you should open a ticket too.
