Transferr into Nexcloud and HIPAA Compliance?

Looking for a HIPAA compliant way for a healthcare provider to transfer my records to me. Was happy to find this page: https://nextcloud.com/industries/healthcare/#HIPAA

Although, I think that page is referring to a healthcare provider using Nextcloud. Would it still be HIPAA compliant if I provided a file drop link to my encrypted installation of Nextcloud?

If your storage and server and processes are otherwise HIPAA compliant, Nextcloud won’t change that. But to be sure I suggest to contact our sales team - we can advise you in more details on that.

Thanks for the reply @jospoortvliet. At the moment, I’m just inquiring for personal reasons. Although, its good to know this is an option if I ever have a client with these file hosting/sharing needs.
