Hello, I have detected on one of my servers that it takes too long to sync with desktop clients. I have checked the behavior of the server and I do not see anything strange, the internet speed in the clients is good and it can still take hours to appear on the web when I create new folders from the computer.
So the others are faster?
then probably your timeout settings are not correct and there must be a lot of old processes running.
We have a template for new topics with the purpose to provide all important information. It should be shown when you create a new topic. We don’t know the version you are using, what kind of system, corresponding logfiles etc. From the description I suppose it is fast when you use the webinterface?
