I recently installed Next Cloud via cPanel. I am definitely not a server guy.
I can’t upload files, whether using drag and drop via a browser, or my desktop app (I’m using a mac). Here is the error message that I keep getting:
The PHP module ‘fileinfo’ is missing. We strongly recommend to enable this module to get best results with mime-type detection.
Does anyone know how to fix this…?
Yes, install the php-module fileinfo. I don’t know how to do that in the cPanel environment, if they have an option in their interface or if you have to install it directly in your operating system.
