Testing Nextcloud for REAL file sync

Im testing nextcloud over SyncTrayzor.
SyncTrayzor does what I need, I pick a folder in the server and it syncs to different clients including phone. I pick a folder in the phone and syncs to any device I want.

Can NextCloud do it?
So far Windows Client is the only that let you keep the files locally, the mobile app only alows me to upload files or download files but I want to pick specific folders and have them permanently in my SDCARD in my phone.

Another thing I dont see and I tested with owncloud is the chance to add an external storage for files. Is it possible? Thank you!!

I can sync folders in my Nextcloud Android app from Nextcloud server to client. “…” right of folder and then “Synchronisieren”.

2-way-sync if needed:

I do not use it. But i think in the newest Nextcloud client is a a 2-way-sync. But i think not in Google Playstore. Maybe also in other clients.

If you read the links, it is perhaps better that the version has not yet reached the Google Playstore.
