Hello,
This is my first ever post, I did some serious searching, but couldn’t find a similar thread, but apologies if I missed it.
The issue I’m facing is that the link used by nextcloud talk is the LAN IP of the server it is hosted on, rather than the public domain. This shows up in 2 places:
- at the top navigation menu throughout nextcloud
- when it copies a URL to share
I am 100% sure it’s due to me messing up the installation, but I have no idea how to fix it. Any suggestions?

Steps to replicate it:
- Click on talk icon in the top navigation
- Goes to talk, but using local IP (ie my 192.168.. IP)
- Click on share
- Shares link using local IP
