Nextcloud version (eg, 24.0.1): 28.0.1
Talk iOS version (eg, 14.0.2): 18.0.3

The issue you are facing:

Since update to version 18.0.3 on iOS 17.3.1, when the mobile phone is locked, I get the followed message on incoming Talk notifications:

you received a new notification that could not be decrypted

Did I miss something or is that a bug?

Hey, please try to restart your phone and re-try it. After an update, sometimes the background service does not correctly restart after an update of the app.
