Talk 12 - Video lag and motion blur with 1080p webcam

Hi, already made a bug report because it looks to be a Talk bug. But someone here might have seen the same issue and has a solution.

In Talk 12 when I use a 1080p webcam in chromium based browsers I have a laggy image with motion blur. This does not happen in Firefox, with a lower resolution cam or in Talk 11. I have been testing this with a Logitech C920 on Ubuntu 20.04 on multiple NC instances.

## Steps to reproduce 1. Connect a 1080p capable webcam, this is not a issue wi…th lower resolution webcams, tested with a Logitech C920. 2. Open Talk 12 (v11 does not have this issue) in a Chromium based browser (not a issue in Firefox) 3.
